My professor will not let us use online/electronic/Internet resources, what do I do?

While many professors discourage their students from using ordinary Web sites such as Wikipedia, most do accept the scholarly online sources subscribed to by the library. At this point, most of the library's journals and many recent books are available online only, so it would be extremely unusual for an assignment to be restricted to print only. However, you will want to clarify with your professor whether you can use the library's online resources.

If your professor really insists that you use only hard copies, ask a librarian at the Research Assistance Desk for help locating suitable resources.
