If I saved something on one of the library computers, will it still be there the next day?

It depends.

If you save a file anywhere other than the "My Documents" folder (such as the desktop or the Temp folder), the file will stay on that specific terminal until the next time the terminal is restarted. The library's public terminals are restarted every morning before the library opens, erasing the previous day's files.

However, if you are logged into a library terminal with your student credentials and you save a file into My Documents, the file will be retained on your virtual drive. You can login to any other library computer, or computers in the other large labs on campus, with your student credentials and retrieve the saved file from My Documents.
