If I saved something on one of the library computers, will it still be there the next day?

It depends.

Files saved to the desktop of the library public terminals are not retained past the current login session. Save files to an external storage device such as a USB drive. The library's public terminals are restarted every morning before the library opens, erasing the previous day's files.

If you are logged into a library terminal with your student credentials and you save a file into My Documents, the file will be retained on your virtual drive. You can login to any other library computer, or computers in the other large labs on campus, with your student credentials and retrieve the saved file from My Documents.
