You should automatically get an email notification if your requested item has arrived.
But you can check the status of your Interlibrary Loan requests anytime by logging into ILLiad. (If you're looking at the library's home page, that link is labeled "Request Interlibrary Loan.")
Check the section of the ILLiad main menu labeled "View."
- If you've submitted a request but it hasn't been filled yet, it will be under "Outstanding Requests."
- If an article you requested has arrived, it will be under "Electronically Received Articles." NOTE: PDF copies of articles remain here only 30 days.
- If a book you requested has arrived at Pfau Library, it will be under "Checked Out Items." NOTE: So long as we received the book, it will show up here, regardless of whether you have picked it up yet.
- If you want to review your older requests, check your "Request History." Currently active requests are NOT listed here.
