I requested something through Interlibrary Loan (ILL) but I never heard back. What happened?

You should automatically get an email notification once your requested item has arrived. If you didn't, these are some common reasons:
- The notice got caught in your SPAM filter. Double-check your junk or spam folders, and safelist the Interlibrary Loan email address (ill@csusb.edu) if necessary.
- Your request was never actually submitted. Unless you have clicked "SEND" on an article or book request form, you haven't sent us your request!
